North Webster Police Department investigated the following accident and incident and made the following arrest:
Accident
7:29 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 5, SR 13 and South Street. Vehicles driven by Timothy A. Huffman, Lexington Avenue, Fort Wayne; and Alexander M. Harrison, Old State Road, Middlefield, Ohio; collided. Wet road surfaces factored into the collision. Some vehicle damage but no amounts given. Medical aid declined.
Incidents
11:55 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, North Main Street. Manager of Circle K Gas Station Deborah J. Miller, requested a trespass warning be given to a female who causes problems when she comes in the business.
11:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 30, Esterbrook Drive. Jacquelyne Jonee Randall, 57, and Amber Nicole Bontrager, 34, reported jewelry missing from the home worth more than $1,000.
2:02 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, North Main Street. Circle K Gas Station requested an officer for a juvenile male that was being detained for shoplifting. He was released to the custody of his mother. A report is being sent to Kosciusko County Juvenile Probation, Warsaw.
Arrest
10:14 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, SR 13 and Epworth Forest Road. A witness reported a possible intoxicated driving south on SR 13 toward North Webster. The driver, Rhett Allen Cook, 25, Panaorama Drive, North Webster, was located and arrested for OWI with a BAC of .08 to .14 percent. He was taken to the Kosciusko County Jail. Bond: $550 cash.
