- Sarah Ann Kaufman, 28, 5556 North Willow Ave., Columbia City, arrested for resisting law enforcement, possession of meth, and possession of a schedule I-IV controlled substance. Bond: $2,000 surety
- Bernie Joe Montileaux, 34, 1111 South Center Street, Sioux Falls, S.D., arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000 surety
