ROCHESTER — Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Rochester Police Department and the Indiana State Police arrested a Rochester man after shots were fired.
At approximately 8:05 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call from a woman stating she needed help. Dispatchers could hear someone yelling in the background before she hung up.
Deputies responded to an address in the North 1800 block on CR 600W, Rochester, where the call originated. They met the woman away from the address and spoke with her. She explained this was a domestic violence situation. Deputies then proceeded to the residence and contacted the man, identified as Austin Jones, 22, Rochester.
