- Ricardo S. Castaneda, 48, 612 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $350 cash.
- Ridley Lee Brown, 35, 502 Old Father St., Warsaw, arrested for deception to avoid payment of utility, tampering with facility, and probation violation. Bond: $1,750 cash.
